ITALIA

Ahhh Italy :) What a beautiful adventure Lauren of Lauren Elyce and I had as we traveled through Florence, Cinque Terre, and Venice. 

We had a strict diet of Cappuccinos, Croissants, Pasta, Pizza, and Gelato. We walked the cobblestone streets of Vernazza and frolicked in the Mediterranean Sea. We drank fine wine in Chianti and meditated under the Tuscan sun. I traveled back in time and saw Italian Renaissance paintings c.1400 and large Cathedrals adorned by hand with mosaic murals. I even found my calling as a pigeon whisperer. We took a dreamy tour of Cinque Terre by way of fishing boat and of Venice by way of Gondola. 

I could go on and on about how magical this country is (or at least the parts that I experienced) but all in all it was as surreal as a dream. I hope to visit again someday and once again soak up the Tuscan sun and Italian culture. The Amalfi coast is next on my Italian bucket list!
